just learing the kinks ... bear with the makers as there are many.. .

opening story:

blind customer called in wanting to set up outlook express. could not use a mouse so i had to learn how to use the keystokes and then i had to instruct the customer on how to use the keystroke. then i had to go through the pain of listening to the computer talk while i fixed his problem.
